SHIPMENT

We ship by standard Israel Post inside the country and by DHL to all other countries worldwide. You order will be prepared within indicated time and sent to you as soon as it is ready. Your order is expected to be delivered within 7 working days after dispatch. You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. Deliveries are only possible for physical addresses, but not to P.O. boxes etc. If you face delivery issues, you have 20 days to let us know at info@bookinist.com, after this time, you will have to talk directly with the carrier.

DAMAGES OR LOSSES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES 

We are not responsible for any customs operations, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

RETURNS

You can return your product 14 days after reception, please contact us via email for the return conditions and further instructions and details. The shipment must be sent back with a tracking number. In case of any return, exchange, or reimbursement, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, all the Bespoke bags or any bags with a customization (Letters, sentence, etc.) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

PAYMENT

Payment is totally secure online. By submitting an order to us through our website, the buyer represents and warrants that the payment details provided on his/her/their order are valid and correct. You can pay by Credit Card/Debit Card, Paypal or bank transfer. Most orders will be dispatched within seven working days from the date of your order excluding weekends and holidays. We will contact you if there is a delay.
